




Job Summary: The Monitoring Operator supervises and protects people and sites connected to the monitoring center, responds to alarms, and manages emergency situations. Key Responsibilities: 1. Conflict resolution and team leadership **Private Security Company Seeks:** ***Monitoring Operator*** **Job Objective:** As an operator of an alarm, video, security personnel, and/or emergency services control and monitoring center, the incumbent is responsible for supervising and protecting all people and sites connected to the monitoring center. Their core mission is timely response to emergency situations; therefore, they must remain vigilant, respond to alarms, and lead during adverse situations to implement and follow established procedures—such as dispatching supervision teams, contacting authorities, or notifying appropriate levels. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Criminology, Law, or related field, completed. * Languages: Basic English. * 1–2 years’ experience in alarm and monitoring centers. * Intermediate computer skills. * Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). **Primary Duties:** * Responding to calls and emergency situations * Monitoring video surveillance systems * Monitoring intrusion alarm systems * Providing guidance and support to system users * Dispatching emergency response and/or supervision teams **Additional Skills:** * Strong conflict management skills * Organized * Negotiation skills * Frustration tolerance * Results-oriented * Leadership skills * Teamwork capability * Sense of urgency * Ability to work under pressure. **Work Schedule:** 5 x 2 (five working days and two consecutive days off) 12 hours, from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. **Employment Offer:** * Monthly **net salary:** $14,500 MXN. * Biweekly payment * Statutory benefits.
