This opportunity is for you! **Job Objective** Ensure the efficient operation of the **Assembly** area, guaranteeing compliance with **quality, productivity, and safety** standards, optimizing resources, resolving operational incidents in real time, and leading high-performance operational teams. **Requirements** * Minimum **3 years of experience** as Manufacturing or Production Supervisor * **Engineering or technical degree** in a related field * Experience in **wooden pallet assembly and/or manufacturing processes** (preferred) * **Supervision of operational staff** (preferably teams of 60 people or more) * Knowledge of: * **FSC certification** * **Internal and external audits** * **Inventory control** * Proven experience in **manufacturing environments** **We Offer** * **Salary: $16,000 net monthly** * Statutory benefits * **Direct employment by the company** * Schedule: * Monday to Friday: 8:00 am to 6:00 pm * Saturday: 8:00 am to 1:00 pm * **Job stability** with a solid, growing company Job Type: Full-time Salary: Starting from $16,000.00 per month Benefits: * Option for an indefinite-term contract Work Location: On-site employment
