Collaboration in continuous process improvement **JOIN OUR TEAM AT HOTEL SHOPS!** At **Hotel Shops**, we are looking for a **Maintenance Technician** to join our team and be responsible for the efficient maintenance of boutiques within hotels and administrative locations, ensuring their optimal operation and delivering an exceptional experience to our customers. **Requirements:** * Reside in Cancún, Quintana Roo. * Possess a valid driver’s license and ability to drive. * Minimum 2 years of experience in maintenance within commercial or similar environments, preferably in retail stores or boutiques. * Knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance of equipment and systems within boutiques (lighting, electrical systems, masonry, plumbing, refrigeration equipment, etc.). * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Knowledge of industrial safety and applicable current regulations in the hotel environment. * Flexible availability of working hours. * Technical diploma or high school diploma. **Responsibilities:** * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on equipment and facilities within hotel boutiques (lighting, refrigeration equipment, HVAC systems, etc.). * Manage inventory of spare parts and equipment required for boutique maintenance. * Ensure all maintenance activities comply with required quality and safety standards. * Monitor the condition of boutique facilities and equipment, guaranteeing their proper and safe operation. * Report any incidents or technical issues to the supervisor for prompt resolution. * Collaborate in continuous improvement of maintenance processes, aiming to minimize downtime and optimize resources. **We Offer:** * Competitive salary. * Benefits exceeding statutory requirements. * Uniforms and work equipment. * Dynamic and collaborative work environment.
