This role exists to **daily embody Kindea’s educational model**, integrating Spanish-language learning experiences, observing each child’s individual development, and sustaining a classroom climate of order, respect, and closeness. **Main Responsibilities** *Pedagogical* * Plan and implement didactic activities aligned with official preschool curricula, incorporating active, playful, and meaningful learning experiences. * Design learning situations that support cognitive, linguistic, motor, and socioemotional development. * Deliver instruction in Spanish to their group, using the language functionally and naturally. * Use concrete materials, music, and movement as intentional pedagogical tools. *Observation and Follow-up* * Conduct formative assessments of students’ progress, identifying strengths and areas for growth. * Record developmental progress, relevant behaviors, and individualized support strategies in institutional digital platforms. * Prepare clear, accurate, and professional reports for both the institution and families. *Group Organization and Care* * Prepare teaching materials and the classroom environment in advance of children’s arrival. * Maintain a positive, structured, and respectful classroom climate, exercising calm and consistent authority. * Accompany children with sensitivity, active listening, and clear boundaries. *Institutional* * Actively participate in technical meetings, planning processes, and internal professional development spaces. * Collaborate with the teaching and leadership team in implementing the educational project. * Represent the institution professionally before families and visitors, confidently and thoughtfully advocating for classroom practice. **Requirements** *Education* * Bachelor’s degree in Preschool Education (degree required). *Experience* * Minimum two years as a lead preschool teacher working directly with a group. *Key Knowledge* * Didactic planning and content pacing. * Formative assessment and individual follow-up. * Proficiency with digital educational platforms. *Personal Skills* * Group management with calm authority. * Planning and organization. * Analytical ability and decision-making capacity. * Clear and respectful communication. * Ability to manage diversity and inclusion. * Openness to dialogue and teamwork. *Expected Attitudes* * Genuine commitment to teaching practice. * Responsibility and punctuality. * Sensitivity and respect toward children. * Openness to guidance and feedback. * Love for early childhood, demonstrated through concrete actions—not just words. **Position Conditions** * **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. One day per week with extended duty until 5:00 p.m. * **Employment Type:** Full-time, indefinite-term employment contract. * **Location:** San Juan de Dios 451, Col.
