Excellent work environment A private security company seeks an attorney with solid expertise in labor law and experience in labor litigation. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Design and implement legal defense strategies in labor litigation, as well as in civil, administrative, and criminal matters * Represent the company before labor courts and administrative authorities, ensuring proper legal defense * Handle and follow up on inspections, requests, and proceedings before authorities such as STPS, IMSS, Infonavit, Public Prosecutors’ Offices, and DGSP * Advise operational and Human Capital departments on preventive strategies to reduce the judicialization of labor disputes * Manage the entire process of any litigation that arises **REQUIREMENTS:** * Bachelor’s degree in Law (with professional license) * Minimum 1 year of experience in labor litigation and legal team management * Solid knowledge of Mexican labor legislation (Federal Labor Law, NOMs, reforms) * Experience in individual and collective labor trials * Excellent legal writing and negotiation skills **WE OFFER:** * Excellent work environment * Monthly salary of $15,000 (paid biweekly via payroll) * Statutory benefits (IMSS, Christmas bonus, vacation)
