What would your responsibilities be? * Detect and analyze, jointly with DSI and Systems, cybersecurity and compliance events. * Execute, together with DSI, the initial incident response steps. * Coordinate with DSI and Systems the initial containment actions. * Manage the lifecycle of cybersecurity and IT incidents. * Manage changes and service orders associated with incidents. * Ensure compliance with the Integrated Management System (IMS). * Monitor and detect cybersecurity events using SOC tools. * Manage cybersecurity and IT incidents according to established procedures. * Collaborate and securely share information with involved departments. * Ensure compliance with IMS policies, processes, and controls. * Actively participate in the continuous improvement of the IMS and in your professional development. **What do we need from you?** **Bachelor’s degree or engineering degree in Systems, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field.** * Experience as: SOC Analyst or Operator ○ NOC Analyst or Operator * Knowledge of: Information Security Monitoring, detection, and analysis of cybersecurity events Operation of at least one cybersecurity tool or device: ■ NGFW ■ DDoS / DoS ■ IPS ■ EDR / SEP ■ WAF ■ SIEM ■ SOAR ■ Machine Learning–based solutions * Experience managing the lifecycle of incidents, changes, and service orders * Basic administration of Linux and Windows servers. * Networks and Telecommunications. * Management and administration of cybersecurity devices. * OSI model. * OWASP Top 10. * MITRE ATT&CK. * Types of cybersecurity attacks. * Ticketing tools. * Basic hacking and analysis knowledge: Wireshark Nmap PowerShell Similar tools * Microsoft Office suite. * Collaborative tools (email, video conferencing). * Project management tools.
