Main Responsibilities: * Vehicle access control via validation of vehicle decals. * Directing and accompanying visitors and vendors. * Supervision of vehicle and pedestrian access. * Attendance tracking of internal staff (gardening, maintenance, and cleaning). * Assisting in enforcement of internal regulations. * Security patrols in common and perimeter areas. * Preparation of logs, incident reports, and summaries. * Receiving and delivering packages to condominium owners.
