




Position Summary: A major telecommunications company is seeking an HR Assistant to manage payroll incidents, recruitment, and staff training. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manages payroll incidents and personnel files 2. Supports recruitment, onboarding, and staff training 3. San Isidro 319, Santa Martha, 62387 Cuernavaca, Mor. **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or Technical Superior University (TSU) in HR **Experience:** 2 years **Previous Position:** Personnel Assistant, HR Assistant, or Industrial Relations Assistant **REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE:** * Payroll incident management * Issuance and control of payroll receipts * Filing and management of personnel files * Knowledge of the Federal Labor Law (LFT), IMSS Law, and INFONAVIT Law * Completion of ST7 forms and management of disability leaves * Labor conflict management * Recruitment and selection process * Staff onboarding and training * Termination of employment relationships * Intermediate Excel proficiency * Ability to drive a standard transmission vehicle **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Prepare weekly and biweekly payroll incidents * Archive and control personnel files * Assist in personnel recruitment * Attend to both trusted and unionized staff regarding payroll clarifications and other HR-related processes * Issue and control weekly and biweekly payroll receipts * Organize year-end events, staff recognition programs, etc. * Conduct staff onboarding and training **WE OFFER** * Salary: $18,999 gross monthly * Statutory benefits from day one * 100% contributions to IMSS and INFONAVIT * Direct hiring by Grupo Carso * Biweekly salary payment * Profit-sharing, IMSS, INFONAVIT, Christmas bonus, vacation pay, and all statutory benefits at 100% Work schedule availability: Monday to Friday, plus half-day Saturdays Employment type: Full-time Salary: $18,999.00 per month Application Question(s): * Must be able to drive a standard transmission vehicle Education: * Completed Bachelor’s degree (Mandatory) Experience: * Human Resources: 2 years (Mandatory) Workplace: On-site employment
