The selected candidate will be responsible for ensuring the integrity of accounting records and compliance with tax and legal obligations. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Public Accounting (degree certified). * Minimum proven experience of [3 to 5 years] in general accounting, preferably in small and medium-sized enterprises. * Analytical profile with solid knowledge of cost control. * Results-oriented, focused on measurable and tangible outcomes. * Advanced proficiency in tools and systems (Excel, Aspel, ContPaq, etc.). * Ability to interpret financial reports and perform detailed analysis. * Thorough knowledge of Mexican accounting standards, tax laws, and financial regulations. **Responsibilities** - Process monthly and supplementary invoicing for Group companies. - Efficiently manage Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP), responsibly handling company bank accounts. - Prepare financial reports for management and stakeholders. - Provide necessary information and reports to support decision-making. - Generate and review financial statements, balance sheets, and monthly, quarterly, and annual reports. - Accurately calculate and process tax payments. - Complete monthly accounting closings by the 10th of each month. - Ensure accounting information is correctly presented in accordance with SAT regulations and aligned with the company’s tax strategies. - Manage all financial and accounting operations within the company’s system and maintain organized physical and digital documentation. - Perform bank reconciliations and review accounts payable and receivable. - Keep accounting systems continuously updated. - Calculate and process payroll payments. - Always ensure minimal operational resource and expense costs. - Design and implement expense, profit, internal policy, and procedure control systems and mechanisms. - Provide necessary information for periodic audits. - Manage company banking systems with high responsibility. - Maintain accurate fixed asset control for the companies. **We Offer** * Competitive fixed salary based on profile and experience. * Productivity and goal-achievement bonus * Professional development.
