RODIN Distributor is a leading company in the sale and manufacturing of art supplies with over 65 years of experience and is seeking: \*Sales and Marketing Training Specialist\* Responsibilities: * Guide new customers through product implementation and initial usage (art materials, paints, oils, etc.) * Continuous training: Teach the use of new features, updates, or product improvements. * Build lasting, trust-based relationships with key customers. * Monitor how customers use the product and identify competitive risks. * Public relations * Coordinate attendance at brand-promotion events (exhibitions). * Collaborate closely with Marketing and Sales teams **Requirements:** * Minimum of 2 verifiable years of experience * Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related fields. * Must reside no more than 1 hour and 20 minutes away from the workplace. **Mandatory**. * Experience coordinating events (e.g., exhibitions) **MANDATORY** * Public relations experience * Event coordination experience * Experience delivering sales training for tangible products (NOT services) What are we looking for? * Public relations experience * Solid experience training sales teams (tangible products) * Experience in sales training for tangible products (**MANDATORY**) * Experience coordinating events (e.g., exhibitions) **MANDATORY** * Teamwork and account management skills.
