**Job Objective** Review, validate, and audit payroll processes to ensure accurate calculation, legal and tax compliance, identify areas for improvement, and prevent labor and financial risks. **Main Responsibilities:** * Audit weekly, biweekly, and monthly payroll calculations. * Verify payroll incidents: absences, tardiness, disabilities, vacations, and final settlements. * Validate salary integration before IMSS (SBC) and review in SUA and IDSE. * Review payroll disbursement and CFDI 4.0 stamping. * Generate compliance reports for SAT, INFONAVIT, and Fonacot. * Identify and document errors or risks in the payroll process. * Participate in internal and external audits (IMSS, SAT, STPS). * Keep internal policies updated in accordance with the Federal Labor Law (LFT). **Job Summary** * Review payroll and final settlement calculations * Validate incidents, absences, and disabilities * Supervise compliance with IMSS, INFONAVIT, and SAT * Issue reports and conduct internal audits * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field * 3+ years of experience in payroll processing * Knowledge of the Federal Labor Law (LFT), Income Tax (ISR), SUA, and IDSE * Proficiency in Excel and payroll systems (SAP, NOI, etc.) * Competitive salary * Statutory and above-statutory benefits * On-site working hours * Job stability **Job Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, or related field. * Minimum **3 years** of experience as a payroll auditor or in similar roles. * Proficiency in **SUA, IDSE, advanced Excel, and CFDI**. * Solid knowledge of the **Federal Labor Law, Income Tax (ISR), IMSS, and INFONAVIT**. * Familiarity with **SAP, NOI, CONTPAQi or similar systems**, and advanced Excel skills preferred **We Offer:** * Salary: $15,000–20,000 MXN per month, depending on experience * Statutory and above-statutory benefits (e.g., food vouchers, savings fund) * Working hours: On-site, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM * Work location: Zona Minerva * Opportunities for professional development and job stability.
