Experience Requirements * Prior experience in construction project supervision or management roles, preferably in the housing sector. * 4 years. * In-depth knowledge of construction processes, materials, and construction techniques (INFONAVIT). * Competence in interpreting blueprints and technical specifications (AutoCAD, Adobe, Neodata, etc.). * 4 years of experience in a similar position. * Biographical Characteristics * Age between 28 and 35 years. * Willingness to relocate frequently or change residence. Main Responsibilities 1\. Management of: a. Construction Reports; b. Construction Logbooks; c. Schedule adherence during development. 2\. Material management and budget control. 3\. Review of incidents reported by Construction Residents. 4\. Handling and follow-up of after-sales cases. 5\. Budget development. 6\. Warehouse control and tracking.
