We are currently seeking the following position: **LINE COOK A** Requirements: Experience: 2 years in a similar position **Responsibilities:** * Prepare food according to standardized recipes and specifications provided by the Chef or Kitchen Manager. * Perform mise en place and all necessary pre-service preparations. * Cook and plate dishes while adhering to timing, portioning, and quality standards. * Keep workstation and equipment clean and organized. * Follow hygiene and food safety regulations throughout the entire process. * Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operational flow. * Report any issues related to supplies, equipment, or working conditions to the immediate supervisor. * Participate in inventory rotation and control within the assigned area. * Assist in training kitchen helpers or new staff when requested. **Schedule:** Rotating schedule from Monday to Saturday; Sunday off **We Offer:** Salary: $12,000–$13,000 net monthly, commensurate with experience Statutory benefits effective from the first day of employment Uniforms **Work Location:** Park Plaza Santa Fe, Av.
