**Job Description** We are seeking a responsible Cleaning Supervisor to coordinate and supervise operational staff, ensuring the proper execution of cleaning services in accordance with quality, safety, and customer service standards. **Responsibilities** * Supervise cleaning staff in assigned services. * Verify compliance with cleaning routines and schedules. * Monitor attendance, incidents, and staff performance. * Ensure proper use of supplies, equipment, and tools. * Train staff on cleaning and safety procedures. * Address client requests and follow up on incidents. * Prepare operational and supervision reports. **Requirements** * Minimum education: Completed secondary school (high school diploma preferred). * Minimum 1 year of experience as a cleaning supervisor or team leader. * Experience managing operational personnel. * Basic knowledge of cleaning products and processes. * Flexible availability for work hours. **Skills** * Leadership and teamwork. * Organization and control. * Effective communication. * Results- and service-oriented.
