Preparation of financial reports Required Knowledge: * **Account Reconciliation**: verifying that accounting balances match daily transaction records (cash inflows and outflows). * **Accounting Recording**: ensuring that each monetary transaction is accurately recorded in internal systems. * **Discrepancy Detection**: identifying and analyzing inconsistencies between recorded data and actual funds transferred or held. * **Internal Control**: implementing procedures to ensure security and transparency in fund management. * **Financial Reports**: preparing periodic reports for management and internal or external audits.
