We are seeking talented individuals to fill the following position: **Zone Supervisor.** In this role, you will be responsible for supervising and managing daily operations within your assigned area. Your primary mission will be to ensure that delivery and service objectives are met efficiently and effectively. **WHAT WILL YOU DO?** * Daily monitoring of the package delivery process. * Supervision of key operational indicators, such as package receipt volume, dispatch rate, delivery rate, warehouse retention rate, and customer complaints. * Identifying new strategic partners and supporting their training, as well as that of delivery personnel. * Coordinating the resolution of customer issues and complaints. * Ensuring operational processes comply with company standards regarding packages and assets, and preventing commercial risks. **WHAT DO YOU NEED?** * Higher education: Bachelor’s degree or engineering degree related to logistics management. * At least 2 years of experience in courier services, logistics, or supply chain. * Responsible, willing to undertake demanding tasks, and highly capable of resolving complex situations. * Proficient use of Microsoft Office. * Knowledge of inventory management. **SKILLS:** * Communication. * Stress tolerance. * Organization and order. * Teamwork. * Attention to detail. * Availability for daily travel for site visits. * Flexible working hours. * Availability to work weekends or holidays if required. **WE OFFER:** * Statutory benefits from Day 1. * Meal vouchers. * Major medical expense insurance. * Direct employment contract with the company.
