**Sears is seeking a Training Coordinator for Plaza Cuernavaca \- Cuernavaca, Morelos** -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- **JOIN THE SEARS PLAZA CUERNAVACA TEAM!** -------------------------------------------- Sears seeks a dynamic, methodologically oriented training professional to manage the branch's learning processes, ensuring staff development through both in-person and digital strategies. ### **Position: In-Store Training Instructor** * **Location:** Cuernavaca, Morelos. * **Schedule:** Full-time Monday through Friday; part-time on Saturdays. ### **Requirements** * **Education:** Completed bachelor's degree in Communication, Pedagogy, Psychology, Business Management, or related field. * **Experience:** Minimum **2 years** as a Training Instructor. * **Key Knowledge:** Instructional design; facilitation and knowledge of group dynamics. * **Technology:** Proficiency in eLearning platforms, Office 365, and cloud-based information management. * **Desirable:** Content creation tools (Photoshop, Canva, video editors, etc.). ### **Responsibilities** * **Design and Innovation:** Development of institutional training content or programs. * **Facilitation:** Delivery of training and onboarding courses both in-person and online. * **Logistics:** Comprehensive coordination and planning of training sessions. * **Strategy:** Analysis and identification of Training Needs Assessments (TNA). * **Tools:** Technical operation of learning technologies or platforms. ### **We Offer** * Competitive salary. * **Statutory and above-statutory benefits** (Grocery vouchers, Savings Fund, Life Insurance, Group Benefits, etc.). * Job stability and a **direct employment contract** with the company. ### **How to Apply?** We have two official channels to receive your profile: * **Digital Application:** Apply via this platform with your **updated CV** (including current contact details).
