PhalconMX is a **freight forwarding company specialized in land logistics services**. We focus on supporting importers and exporters in designing and executing their logistics operations, facilitating the efficient movement of goods both nationally and internationally. We are currently experiencing growth and seeking to add talent to our Operations department. **Job Objective:** Daily management of land logistics service statuses, participating in shipment coordination, vehicle tracking, and operational management with carriers and internal departments, as well as basic rate and cost control, to ensure proper service execution, on-time delivery, and customer satisfaction. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in International Trade, Business Administration, Engineering, Logistics, or related field. * Minimum 1\-2 years of experience in a similar role. * Experience managing relationships with land logistics service providers and clients, such as carriers and warehouses. **Main Responsibilities:** * Coordinate the transportation of goods via land. * Continuously track shipments to ensure timely delivery to their destination. * Ensure tracking information is up-to-date and accurate, providing visibility both internally and to customers. * Resolve any issues or incidents arising during the shipping process (delays, damages, losses, customs problems, etc.). * Ensure incidents are promptly and effectively reported and managed, minimizing their impact. * Verify that all documentation is correct and current to avoid potential penalties or legal issues. * Ensure internal systems are updated with shipment information (shipment status, charges, delivery dates, incidents, etc.). * Inform and advise other departments—such as Sales—on shipment status and feasibility, especially if issues or delays arise. * Maintain constant communication with customers, updating them on shipment status, any incidents, and managing expectations. **Must reside within the State of Nuevo León** If you’re ready to analyze, optimize, and drive impact on the efficiency and profitability of **logistics operations**, and want to grow alongside a dynamic, results-oriented team, we want to meet you!
