FUNCTIONS * Advise customers on various savings, investment, and insurance products and services. * Advise customers on the benefits and responsibilities associated with a loan. * Ensure the correct implementation and execution of the deposit acquisition, insurance, AFORE, and payroll strategies. * Stay updated and trained on the products and services we offer. * Obtain certification as an AFORE Promoter Agent. * Off-site promotion: promoting products outside the point of sale. * Placement of payroll and pensioner loans. REQUIREMENTS * Experience in customer service or sales. * Completed high school education. * Goal- and target-oriented. * Effective communication and teamwork skills.
