We are seeking a **Control Room Analyst** with an operational focus, strong analytical skills, and excellent information management capabilities. **Responsibilities:** * Monitoring and controlling operations generated by the department. * Reviewing operational and administrative information. * Validating processes and data flow. * Maintaining constant communication with internal teams to ensure proper functioning. * Ensuring that the quantities of products shipped from units match customer orders, system deliveries, and invoiced amounts. * Ensuring units depart with complete documentation and corresponding invoices. * Verifying that finished products shipped meet required quality standards to prevent returns. * Tracking and statistically recording the number of units loaded and unloaded, processing times, and incidents. **Position Requirements:** * Minimum 1 year of experience in a Control Room or similar functions. * Ability to manage processes and validate information. * Analytical, organized, and detail-oriented profile. * Excellent communication and teamwork skills. * Completed or incomplete bachelor’s degree or engineering degree in: business administration, accounting, logistics and transportation, or industrial engineering. * Knowledge of SAP and Microsoft Office suite. **We Offer:** * Bi-weekly salary * Statutory benefits * Free uniforms * Cafeteria service * Job stability **Are you interested?** Apply through this channel and attach your updated CV.
