If you consider yourself a master of persuasion, a guru of customer service, and a ninja of negotiation, we’re looking for you! What will you do in this (not-so-)secret mission? Be the star host: Greet our customers with the warmth of a bear hug. Knowledge is power: Become an expert on our products—so much so that you could tour the factory blindfolded! The art of selling: Advise our customers by understanding their deepest desires (food-related, of course) and presenting them with the perfect option. Nothing left behind!: Ensure our inventory is always battle-ready—like a well-equipped army. Closing the deal: The pinnacle moment! Convince the hesitant and make transactions flow as smoothly as silk. Star-level follow-up: Maintain connections with our customers—because a happy customer is a returning customer. And much more!: Because at Grupo Bafar, every day is a new adventure. What do you need to join this (good) circus? At least 1 year of sales experience. If you have more, get ready to dazzle us! A contagious positive attitude. If you smile, you’re already halfway there! Excellent communication skills—even when speaking with your mouth full of delicious Bafar products. Ability to work in a team. Because alone we’re great—but together, we’re unstoppable! Results orientation. We love numbers—especially when they go up! Proactivity and eagerness to learn. You never stop growing! What would make us sigh with love (besides our products)? Previous experience in the food or retail sector. We love it when you know what you’re talking about! Knowledge of modern sales techniques. If you use magician’s tricks, even better! Proficiency in CRM tools—to pamper our customers properly. Training in sales or related fields.
