Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) Quality/Safety Management Systems – HACCP methodology Aspel SAE system KPI management and continuous improvement techniques **Job Objective:** To maintain control over raw material and packaging material inflows and finished product outflows, while ensuring the safety and quality of materials and products in storage. **Responsibilities:** Ensure all stored materials are arranged to allow easy access for area cleaning, optimize space, prevent pest nesting, and eliminate industrial safety hazards. Promote continuity of the food safety management system with suppliers and the team. Ensure storage complies with FIFO; correctly identify received materials; and respect designated storage locations marked in the warehouse layout. Conduct inventory of all materials present in raw material (RM) and finished product (FP) warehouse areas. Submit material requisitions to the purchasing department for items missing in the warehouse, considering supplier delivery lead times and production orders issued by the sales department. Supply daily material requisitions to production areas, adhering to FIFO and designated raw material storage zones for ongoing production. Maintain up-to-date inventory and ledger databases reflecting all raw material and packaging material inflows and outflows in the warehouse. Participate in analysis of process-derived information to implement corrective and/or preventive actions. Comply with organizational regulations as stipulated by institutions ensuring the safety of raw materials and food products manufactured at the plant.
