Problem solving and decision making Job Description: We are currently seeking a WAREHOUSE MANAGER in the Private Security area, with experience managing high-turnover workforces, supervising over 200 people, expertise in Asset Security operations, and accustomed to working under performance-based targets and pressure. The professional we seek must be available for full-time employment, have experience in service-oriented companies and problem resolution, possess a minimum of 1 year of academic or professional experience in this field, regularly submit reports to superiors, and demonstrate excellent diction and interpersonal skills with both internal and external customers. You must possess a positive attitude, be proactive, capable of decision making, skilled in personnel management, and adept at fostering and improving workplace morale; additionally, you must be receptive, empathetic, respectful, and attentive. Key Responsibilities: Supervise daily security team operations, ensuring effective task execution. Develop and implement security policies and procedures to protect the organization and its assets. Conduct routine security assessments to identify and address potential risks and vulnerabilities, formulating risk mitigation strategies. Oversee surveillance and alarm systems, responding promptly to security violations or incidents. Serve as liaison with law enforcement, emergency services, and stakeholders during security emergencies. Train and educate security personnel on emergency response protocols and plans. Investigate security incidents, accidents, and breaches, preparing comprehensive reports with improvement recommendations. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred. Proven supervisory experience, with a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience. Prior experience in law enforcement, military, or private security will be highly valued. Clean criminal record and ability to pass an extensive background check. Physical fitness and capability to perform security duties, including standing, walking, patrolling, and responding to emergencies.
