**Job Description** A major freight transportation company is seeking to incorporate personnel who wish to contribute to their personal, professional, and organizational development, such as: **Transportation Supervisor:** **Requirements:** * Technical professional or completed or incomplete degree by the end of the term. * Minimum two years’ verifiable experience in similar positions. * Knowledge of roadways in Mexico City. * Tractor-trailer driving experience (desirable). **Responsibilities:** * Plan, coordinate, and supervise operators in transportation logistics to ensure on-time and proper delivery. * Supervise and guarantee timely deliveries with efficiency and quality. * Inspect the physical condition of vehicles and equipment upon entering and exiting the yard. * Maintain updated shipping reports for internal and external information dissemination. * Monitor vehicles during transit from origin to destination. * Plan and monitor delivery routes according to priorities. * Serve as a guide for operators to ensure cargo arrival at customer locations. * Ensure delivery of required documentation for cargo transportation, as well as documentation for vehicles and equipment. * Apply checklists to vehicles and equipment scheduled for trips. * Assign fuel loads to vehicles based on cargo destinations. * Address operational needs arising during the origin-to-destination transit of vehicles and cargo.
