




**Main Responsibilities** * Analyze last-mile routes to propose selling rates and cost structures. * Coordinate with the Manzanillo team for scheduling and execution of logistics services. * Track delivery and pickup fulfillment. * Supervise the proper **completion of the Check List for all units** arriving at the CDMX yard. * Verify that the **Manzanillo office also completes the Check List for units** departing to customers’ warehouses. * Monitor operators’ attendance, incidents, and trip reports. * Calculate and process transportation operators’ payroll. * Manage the **documentary files of units and operators** (licenses, insurance policies, inspections, etc.). * Handle **all administrative procedures for units**, both cargo and utility vehicles, in CDMX and Manzanillo (license plate registration, insurance renewals, inspections, etc.). * Accurately and timely invoice performed services. * Generate and validate **Carta Porte Complements**, ensuring compliance with current tax regulations (SAT). * Coordinate with the Finance Department for service reconciliation, report generation, and monthly closing. * Control operational expenses (fuel, per diems, maintenance). * Participate in internal or external audits. * Propose improvements to transportation administration and control processes.
