




Position Objective Support the strategic planning of talent management through data analysis, generation of executive reports, and alignment of People Analytics strategies with Grupo S\-Mart’s objectives, thereby enhancing productivity, personnel development, and data-driven decision-making. Key Responsibilities * Collaborate with the various Human Development Management teams of Grupo S\-Mart to identify effectiveness patterns in talent processes. * Generate executive reports supporting decisions on productivity and development of operational and administrative personnel. * Align People Analytics strategies with business strategies and with staff training and development projections. * Provide analytical support for improving talent management, training, compensation, culture, safety, and well-being processes. * Ensure traceability, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement of institutional training processes. * Collaborate cross-functionally with key areas to align information processes impacting talent management. Required Profile **Education:** Industrial Engineering, Actuarial Science, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or related field. **Experience:** Minimum 2 years in roles related to data analytics, talent management, or process improvement. **Professional Area:** Specialization in Data Analytics, Talent Management, or Process Improvement.
