Job Description: **Join EEEISA at Ozumba Plant!** **Position:** Packer **Location:** Carretera Federal México–Cuautla km 41.5, Ozumba de Alzate, Estado de México OZUMBA, MEXICO STATE **Objective:** Manage and ensure that materials are available at the machine side based on daily and weekly scheduled production orders. **Responsibilities:** **OPERATIONAL:** * Arrive five minutes before the start of the shift at the process area to resolve any issues related to material supply. * Meet daily with the Production Analyst to review the production orders to be worked during the shift. * Apply and follow company procedures for the material supply process corresponding to the area. * Request from warehouses all necessary materials exploded in production orders to be supplied. * Supply, count, and verify that the materials are correct and suitable for each scheduled production order. * Verify that the quantities supplied correspond according to production orders, as well as analyze cases of shortages and/or surpluses of tinplate or materials per each production order. * Maintain constant feedback with warehouses to promptly clarify shortages, surpluses, and damaged materials affecting supplies. * Request additional materials by generating needs in the ERP system, associating them with the corresponding production order. * Perform physical returns to warehouses when required by the order due to material surpluses, shortages, or defects from the previous process. * Maintain constant communication with production area personnel to verify production progress. Inform the Production Planning and Control Manager and the Production Analyst via chat every Thursday to prepare new schedules.
