




*This vacancy comes from the Talenteca.com job board* ### **Job opening for HR CONNECT S.A DE C.V in Tlalpan, Mexico City** Responsibilities Execute collection strategies, ensuring compliance with the activities of the collections department, evaluating performance and implementing training programs for the development of supervised staff in order to achieve established objectives. Prepare weekly productivity reports for the department, reporting service levels and inventories of clarifications and pending tasks to management, to monitor team performance and identify opportunities for improvement and increased efficiency. Perform monthly and annual accounting closings, preparing reports on the status of financial and tax information submissions from offices, validating and monitoring the balance of the collections bridge account; to ensure proper department operations. Develop manuals for department processes, creating workflow diagrams and automating processes to ensure consistency in results. Ensure cash cut-offs and financial and tax information from offices are updated according to Institutional Policy, maintaining internal communication with relevant departments; to guarantee regulatory compliance, data accuracy and reliability. Conduct monthly teamwork activities, effective and assertive communication, as well as continuous improvement initiatives, holding regular biweekly meetings and workshops where various scenarios and examples of collection application incidents are explained; aiming to increase team productivity, quality and efficiency. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Accounting / Public Accounting (graduated) (OTHER DEGREES WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED) Knowledge of Accounting Basic Insurance Accounting Experience in collections within the insurance, financial services or automotive sectors.
