By providing top\-tier virtual talent, we enable business owners to focus on business growth and strategy while we handle the support behind the scenes. **Job Description** We are looking for a highly skilled and detail\-oriented **Spanish\-speaking Engineer** to take on a multi\-functional role covering design, estimation, and project coordination. This is a full\-time remote opportunity for someone with strong technical, analytical, and problem\-solving skills, particularly in construction and project estimation. The selected candidate will be responsible for handling tasks across AutoCAD design and drafting, general contractor or project coordination responsibilities, and cost estimation, making this an ideal role for a versatile and proactive engineer who can manage end\-to\-end engineering support across multiple project phases. **Key Responsibilities:** * Review and analyze blueprints, specifications, and project documents * Prepare detailed and competitive cost estimates, including materials, labor, subcontractors, and other project expenses * Work closely with project managers, engineers, and sales teams to ensure estimates align with project requirements and company standards * Identify potential risks, challenges, and cost\-saving opportunities in all project estimates * Communicate with vendors and suppliers to obtain accurate pricing for materials and equipment * Assist in preparing and submitting bids and proposals for residential and commercial projects * Maintain organized records of estimates, revisions, and project documentation * Support project execution and coordination when needed (for field/general contractor role) * Develop and/or modify technical drawings using AutoCAD (for design\-focused role) Qualifications * Minimum **1 year experience** as an Engineer (field\-based or remote/WFH experience accepted) * Experience using engineering software such as **AutoCAD and Planswift** * Background in construction, general contracting, or cost estimation is an advantage * Fresh graduates with a strong portfolio and technical skills are encouraged to apply **Technical requirements:** * i5 or higher computer processor * Noise\-canceling headset (non\-Bluetooth) * Minimum **50 Mbps wired internet connection** * Dedicated home office setup **Requirements:** * **Willing to work from 8 AM \- 5 PM Mountain time, Monday \- Friday.** * Must be actively seeking full\-time work (no other job commitments) ***Important:*** *We do not accept applicants who are currently employed, looking for part\-time, floating status, or rendering.* **How to Apply:** Send your portfolio or sample works (especially AutoCAD or Planswift drawings, estimates, or project documentation).
