Position Summary: We are seeking a technician with experience in plastic injection for equipment setup and maintenance, robot programming, and injection troubleshooting. Key Highlights: 1. Experience in plastic injection (automotive/medical) 2. Knowledge of peripheral equipment setup and robot programming 3. Ability to troubleshoot injection issues and handle resins **Minimum 1 year of experience as Process Technician / Setup Technician / Plastic Injection Assembler in the automotive or medical industry:** **Must have experience in peripheral equipment setup, programming, adjustment and modification of robot fixtures, and 2-axis pickers.** Mold assembly, setup, and changeover. Startup of injection parameters (Nissei and Sumitomo injection molding machines), inspection and validation of first parts. Injection troubleshooting. Evaluation and resolution of common injection process issues. Knowledge of and ability to handle engineering resins.
