We’re looking for you! **Requirements:** - Completed high school education. - Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar position. - Proficiency in Excel and Office tools. - Leadership and organizational skills. - Experience in manufacturing or factory environments. **We Offer:** - Competitive salary. - Monthly bonus, salary increases, a challenging and growth-oriented environment, discounts, and more. - Monday to Friday work schedule. **Send your CV to:** rh@duronco.com Via WhatsApp: *33 2255 4048 **Be part of our mission and grow with us!** Employment Type: Full-time, Indefinite term Benefits: * Employee discounts and preferential pricing * Company-provided parking * Option for indefinite-term contract * Company-provided mobile phone * Complimentary uniforms Work Location: On-site employment **SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Ensure adherence to the daily production schedule. * Collaborate with the Production Coordinator to plan the daily production schedule. * Organize and coordinate with plant leaders regarding production priorities, as well as adjust those priorities according to operational needs. * Plan work teams across each plant (assigning tasks and responsibilities) to achieve the daily production plan. * Immediately report any incidents affecting production schedule compliance to the Production Coordination team. * Ensure availability of necessary materials for operational processes at Plants 1, 2, and 3. * Request activation of MEE and MP at plants for initiation or modification of production planning. * Manage inventory of materials and consumables required for operations. * Ensure proper use of MP and MEE across production plants. * Maintain order and cleanliness in temporary storage areas for MEE and MP during the manufacturing process. * Inspect gas tank fill levels (every Wednesday) and coordinate with Maintenance for replenishment. * Supervise operational processes at Plants 1, 2, and 3. * Ensure all production staff comply with BPMS procedures. * Ensure cleanliness and organization standards are maintained across production plants. * Monitor and verify accurate completion of daily documentation per plant. * Track and record operational downtime and identify opportunities to reduce it. * Adjust work teams based on absenteeism or operational requirements (start of shift, return from lunch, end of operation for next day). * Train staff on daily operational activities (as needed) and on improvement opportunities within work teams. * Complete documentation jointly with Production Coordination for operational performance indicators. * Perform other duties inherent to the position. * Report any issues related to the Food Safety Management System to the appropriate personnel. **PERFORMANCE INDICATORS:** * Ensure accurate daily completion of internal system documentation. * Maintain clean and orderly work areas for each production line daily. * Achieve daily compliance with Duronco’s product quality and food safety standards. * Sustain an operational effectiveness rate above 90% across all operational plants on a monthly basis. * Maintain operational downtime below 5% across all operational plants on a monthly basis. * Ensure daily compliance with the production schedule (Odoo).
