




Education: Industrial Engineering or related field Age: 25 to 48 Gender: Unrestricted * Obtain and enter releases/orders into the system, ensuring paper records are up-to-date, filed, and organized. * Analyze production schedules within the system to enable effective production planning and maintain appropriate inventory levels as required. * Maintain daily communication with Production Supervisors to verify order fulfillment (JOBs) and quantities, as well as any potential changes. * Develop and monitor the production schedule. * Review system reports daily to assess finished goods inventory levels, missing orders, firm releases, etc. * Analyze and schedule raw material requirements timely, and track their status. * Comply with quality system procedures and maintain required records as stipulated. * Maintain constant communication with Procurement to monitor raw material order status, expedite or delay material deliveries, and oversee materials held in quarantine. * Track assigned customers (deliveries, rescheduling, increases, decreases). * Generate purchase requisitions and procurement schedules. * Collaborate with the Procurement Department to follow up on corrective actions for suppliers of direct and indirect materials. * Issue purchase orders to suppliers. * Reprogram and cancel purchase orders. * Maintain an organized purchase order filing system. * Monitor purchase order fulfillment. * Track material receipt reports. * Coordinate with Materials Receiving and Finance to follow up on supplier rejections. * Process corresponding discounts for early payment, pickup, volume, etc. * Monitor customer satisfaction and verify supplier arrivals and prompt receipt. * Conduct analyses for project closures, ensuring no excess raw material or finished goods inventory remains. * Track supplier payment supplements. * Prepare assigned performance indicators.
