R E Q U I R E M E N T S: * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or related field. * Intermediate Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables). * Experience working with headhunters handling over 300 candidates. * General knowledge of LFT, IMSS, INFONAVIT, FONACOT. * Minimum 1 year of experience. . R E S P O N S I B I L I T I E S: * Preparation of weekly payroll drafts; verifying all incidents arising during the corresponding calculation period to ensure accurate payment of salaries and employee benefits (vacation pay, disability allowances, absences, etc.). * Final settlement calculations. * Employee onboarding and offboarding. * Invoicing. S K I L L S: * Professional appearance. * Ability to learn and retain information effectively. * Frustration tolerance. * Proficiency in Excel (manual payroll processing) is mandatory. * Sense of urgency.
