





**Main Responsibilities:** * Addressing and resolving queries from operational staff. * Providing support and follow-up regarding the use of the attendance app. * Recording and tracking attendance incidents (absences, tardiness,打卡 errors). * Assisting in correcting and channeling attendance-related incidents. * Training operational staff on the use of the app and internal processes. * Following up on staff reports and clarifications. * Preparing basic attendance reports. * Maintaining constant communication with internal departments to resolve incidents. **Requirements:** * Completed high school diploma or technical degree. * Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in a help desk, operational staff support, or administrative support role. * Basic proficiency in mobile applications and attendance registration systems. * Ability to train and clearly explain processes. * Strong communication skills, patience, and a service-oriented attitude. * Organizational skills and case tracking ability. **We Offer:** * Competitive salary based on experience. * Statutory benefits. * Initial and ongoing training. * Job stability. * Positive work environment.
