Problem-solving capability A reputable graphic arts company Seeks an Offset Printing Supervisor Requirements: MANDATORY TWO-YEAR EXPERIENCE IN OFFSET PRINTING SUPERVISION Age: 28 to 45 years old, preferred Education: Completed engineering degree Gender: Unrestricted Proficiency in Excel Personnel management skills Technical knowledge of Heidelberg press operation Proficiency in using measuring instruments (densitometer, alcoholmeter, pH meter, micrometer) Responsibilities: Supervision of printing process and quality assurance for jobs Monitoring operational issues and mechanical failures Providing on-machine approval (TONES, REGISTRATION, IMPOSITION, ELEMENTS ACCORDING TO PLOTER, CORRECT SUPPLIES) Implementation of continuous improvements Problem-solving capability Personnel incident management Employment Type: Indefinite-term position Salary: $10,000\.00 \- $18,000\.00 per month Benefits: * Option for indefinite-term contract Work Location: On-site employment
