Job Summary: We are seeking a graphic or industrial design professional to ensure file preparation for printing foldable packaging, guaranteeing quality and precision. Key Highlights: 1. Technical consultation and verification of printing standards. **RCI FOLDABLE PACKAGING** We are a company founded in 1985 with the aim of addressing OFFSET printing needs, with a particular focus on foldable cardboard boxes. **Requirements** Education: Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Design, Graphic Arts, or related field (graduated or intern) Gender: Unrestricted Experience: Proficiency in design software (ArtiosCAD and Illustrator), file preparation prior to printing, fundamentals of colorimetry, and knowledge of various printing technologies. **Responsibilities** * Receive design files from clients or designers and verify compliance with required printing standards. * Use specialized software (ArtiosCAD, Illustrator, CTP, InDesign, Adobe, etc.) to process files according to technical printing specifications (resolution, color, file format, bleed, etc.). * Identify and correct potential file errors, such as resolution issues, overprints, embedded fonts, among others. * Generate print proofs (color proofs, digital print proofs, etc.) for review and approval by the client or internal team. * Provide technical guidance to designers or clients regarding best practices for file preparation and printing requirements. * Ensure prepress equipment (including proof printers, scanners, preflight software, etc.) is properly maintained and operational. * Collaborate closely with the production department to ensure seamless workflow from prepress through final printing. **Working Hours** Monday to Friday Day shift: 8:00 am to 6:35 pm Statutory benefits + Savings Fund Position type: Full-time Salary: $3,000.00 – $5,000.00 per week Benefits: * Savings fund * Company parking * Free parking Application Question(s): * Are you proficient in ArtiosCAD? * Are you proficient in Illustrator? * How many years of experience do you have in prepress for OFFSET foldable cardboard packaging production?
