Labor relations management and regulatory compliance We are looking for a proactive and experienced **Human Resources Generalist** to join our team and manage key processes related to talent management, workplace climate, training, labor relations, and regulatory compliance. **Responsibilities:** * Manage recruitment and selection processes. * Coordinate employee onboarding and training. * Support the development and follow-up of the employee development plan. * Monitor compliance with internal policies and labor legislation. * Manage incidents, contracts, terminations, vacations, and payroll in coordination with the accounting department. * Implement wellness and organizational climate strategies. * Support performance evaluation and talent management. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, HR, or related field. * 2 years of experience in similar positions. * Knowledge of the Federal Labor Law (LFT), IMSS, SUA, IDSE. * Proficiency in HR management tools (Excel, ERP, or similar). * Strong communication, empathy, and organizational skills.
