




Professionals aged 30 to 45 years, with extensive experience managing Food and Beverage operations, coordinating and supervising cafeteria, restaurant, snack-palapa, and event operations, as well as any other tasks specifically assigned by their immediate supervisor or superior, in order to achieve the position’s desired objectives. * Ensures that the staffing roster for their department is complete. * Supervises and manages service, kitchen, cashier, and warehouse staff. * Supervises cleanliness and maintenance of their areas, reporting any anomalies to the Maintenance Department. * Supervises inventory counts conducted by their staff. * Responsible for ensuring all orders are used appropriately. * Responsible for supervising requisitions for their departments. * Responsible for promoting events. * Conducts cost and profitability analyses for each event, as well as for buffets. * Supervises the operation of equipment and furniture within their areas, reporting required repairs to the Maintenance Department. * Supervises staff performance. * Prepares reports on: shrinkage, profit-and-loss statements, events, etc. Job Type: Full-time Salary: $25,000.00 – $30,000.00 per month Benefits: * Grocery vouchers Education: * Completed Bachelor’s degree (Mandatory) Experience: * Food and Beverage Management: 5 years (Mandatory) * Sales Management: 3 years (Desirable) * Inventory and Cost Control: 3 years (Mandatory) * Staff Supervision: 3 years (Mandatory) * Customer Service: 3 years (Desirable) License/Certification: * H Distinction (Mandatory) Work Location: On-site employment
