In some of our branches, we also operate a perishables section. Job Objective: Coordinate the financial planning function, performance analysis, and required investments to achieve business objectives and growth. This is accomplished by developing a model for setting financial and operational business objectives, reviewing, evaluating, and providing feedback to guide appropriate management decisions. Responsibilities: - Coordinate the company’s financial planning by establishing an objective-setting model and conducting reviews and tracking over a one-year period (annual, quarterly, monthly, weekly, etc. cycles) - Analyze and review company profitability at various information levels (overall P&L, branch, product, supplier), delivering insights and strategic information to support decision-making - Coordinate the company’s Capex process through a robust governance framework - Evaluate financial and investment business proposals using an appropriate governance and profitability model - Identify necessary financing mechanisms when required. Calculate and communicate financial ratios on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
