**Job Profile** * Gender: Unspecified * Over 20 years of age **Required Education Level** Basic education **Experience:** * Basic maintenance * Ability to drive manual and automatic transmission vehicles (valid driver’s license required) * Basic knowledge of electricity * Proficiency in using hand and power tools * Basic plumbing * Basic painting and drywall work **Job Objective** To maintain and ensure cleanliness and order of facilities; perform building, office, cafeteria, restroom, courtyard, parking lot, and yard perimeter maintenance as needed. **Functions and Responsibilities** * Conduct daily inspections to identify any damage or unsafe conditions in yards. * Immediately report any damage or unsafe conditions in yards. * Perform basic maintenance within the building, offices, cafeterias, restrooms, courtyards, parking lots, and yard perimeters. * Verify order and cleanliness in scrap areas and report any disorganized conditions. * Perform general waste collection and container emptying. * Maintain green areas, remove weeds, and report any conditions requiring maintenance. * Support cleaning staff as needed. * Maintain order and cleanliness in storage areas. * Comply with the monthly sanitization plan for motor units. * Close open maintenance actions arising from 5S audits. * Conduct 5S audits and take photographs of motor units, then submit information to Equipment Control (applies at airport yard). * Complete maintenance logbooks. * Conduct inventory of tractor-trailer boxes. * Verify proper execution of facility fumigation.
