We are currently looking for an **Enterprise Platforms Manager** in **Mexico City**. Candidate Profile: * Education: Completed Bachelor’s degree. * Experience: 5–8 years in enterprise platform administration and management. * English: Advanced level. * Preferred experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or international trade. Main Responsibilities: * Ensure the operation, stability, configuration, and controlled evolution of enterprise platforms. * Functional administration of **ERP, CRM, and TMS** systems. * Configuration of catalogs, business rules, workflows, and user profiles. * Change management, coordination of UAT testing, and controlled releases. * Functional diagnosis and incident management. * Supervise integrations via APIs, Web Services, and SFTP. * Guarantee data quality, consistency, and appropriate structure across systems. * Ensure platforms reliably support the company’s operational, administrative, and financial processes.
