If your skills can help save lives, you’ll find a home at Autoliv. ##### **Where you will work:** Queretaro Technical Center \| Parque Industrial O'Donnell ##### **What you’ll do:** * Implement engineering changes. * Communicate and involve the appropriate people. * Interact with other affected functions for change management. * Use the ECR PLM process for change management. * Manage change according to AS7\. * Coordinate/follow up delivery and implementation at affected manufacturing sites. * Use network systems for change management. * Coordinate reviews at CCB meetings. * Escalate to the CCB as required. * Coordinate communication with the client. * Provide a clear status of the change and its impact. * Lead the team members. ##### **What is required:** * Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, Textile, or related field). * Advanced English skills. * 2\-3 years of experience in project coordination and development, preferably in the automotive industry. * APQP \& PPAP certifications preferred. * Knowledge of OEM and supplier requirements. ##### **What’s in it for you:** * Attractive compensation package * Work schedule: Monday\-Thursday full time from office, and Friday working from home. * Recognition awards, company events, family events, university discount options and many more perks. * Gender Pay Equality Autoliv is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
