




Position Summary: Zinergia is seeking a Customer Service Analyst to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty through effective resolution of requests and operational process follow-up. Key Responsibilities: 1. Personalized attention and resolution of customer requests, complaints, and inquiries. 2. Registration, routing, and follow-up of incidents until closure. 3. Constant communication with internal departments to ensure solutions. We are seeking a Customer Service Analyst to provide timely, efficient, and high-quality service to both internal and external customers, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty through effective resolution of requests and operational process follow-up. **Education:** Completed Bachelor’s degree (Administration, Communications, Commercial Relations, or related field). **Required Technical Competencies:** \- CRM software proficiency, \- Incident management tools, \- Microsoft Office suite. **Required Experience:** 2 years in customer service or operational support. **Responsibilities:** * Provide personalized attention and resolve customer requests, complaints, and inquiries. * Register, route, and follow up on incidents until closure. Maintain constant communication with internal departments to ensure solutions. * Identify opportunities for improvement in customer service processes. Accurately record cases and updates in internal systems. **Work Schedule:** 7 am \- 7 pm and 7 pm \- 7 am Rotating shifts of 4 x 2 2 day shifts 2 night shifts 2 rest days $560 bonus for the 5th working day \+ $1000 attendance bonus Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $16,000.00 per month Benefits: * Savings fund * Company parking * Cafeteria service * Grocery vouchers Work Location: On-site employment
