A telecommunications company is seeking a Construction Supervisor with competencies for both field and office work, installation of isometric infrastructure, problem-solving ability, and decision-making skills. The candidate must be highly organized, prioritize urgent matters, and be capable of preparing and interpreting construction blueprints, demonstrating leadership and teamwork while adhering to health and safety guidelines. Requirements: * Civil Engineering, Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, Telecommunications Engineering, or Electrical Engineering * Age between 25 and 45 years. * Minimum 3 years of experience in telecommunications or construction. * Availability of time and willingness to travel Experience in: ❑ Operational experience supervising personnel. ❑ Experience driving a standard vehicle with a valid driver’s license. ❑ No fear of heights or confined spaces. ❑ Knowledge of blueprint interpretation. ❑ Ability to recalculate material quantities. ❑ Interest in fieldwork. Responsibilities: * Receive and validate documentation from the site manager. * Assign work tasks to internal staff or contractors, specifically and promptly. * Plan jointly with staff and client according to the received project. * Prepare work commencement annexes and document any deviations identified during planning. * Recalculate material quantities based on planning. * Request authorization from the site manager. * Notify commencement of work (to internal staff or contractors, as well as to the client), ensuring all required permits are obtained.
