Cleaning of furniture. 2. Garbage collection (trash bins). 3. Stain removal from walls, doors, and glass. 4. Sweeping and mopping of areas. 5. Cleaning of desks and work chairs. 6. Cleaning of glass and aluminum surfaces. 7. Cleaning of office equipment. 8. Washing of dishes, cups, etc. 9. General office fragrance application. 10. Continuous mopping, sweeping, stain removal, and floor polishing. 11. Stain removal from walls, columns, signage, and glass. **General Requirements** - Education: Completed secondary school or higher. - Experience: One year in cleaning activities within corporate environments. - Position-specific knowledge: Corporate office cleaning, attention to executives and staff, and support in pantry-related activities: organizing, inventory tracking, reporting supplies. - Skills: Work with a sense of urgency, attention to detail. - Competencies: Service-oriented attitude with warmth, effective communication, teamwork, integrity, responsibility, honesty. **EMPLOYMENT OFFER:** *Base salary:* $9,451.00 monthly gross. *Statutory benefits from day one.* *Direct hiring by the company.* *Uniforms provided.* *Positive work environment.* **Work Location:** Av.
