We collaborate with leading brands and deliver high-level services grounded in innovation, advanced engineering, and cutting-edge technology. **Job Objective** To provide specialized technical support for mobile device users, ensuring accurate hardware and software repairs and delivering professional, efficient customer service. **Main Responsibilities** * Provide technical support for Samsung device users. * Assemble and disassemble smartphones, tablets, and smartwatches. * Diagnose and repair hardware and software malfunctions. * Deliver professional and efficient customer service. **Requirements** * Completed high school diploma or incomplete university studies in Engineering, Systems, Computer Science, or related fields. * Experience in technical support and customer service (preferred). * Knowledge of assembling and disassembling mobile devices. * Proficiency in mobile hardware and software. * Passion for technology and strong problem-solving ability. **We Offer** * Base monthly salary of $13,000 MXN * Benefits exceeding statutory requirements: * Monthly food vouchers * 5% savings fund contribution * 21-day year-end bonus * Vacation days exceeding statutory requirements * 100% IMSS contributions * Professional growth and development opportunities within a global company **Work Schedule** Monday through Sunday, with one rotating weekday off.
