WE ARE SEEKING AN ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT FOR THE COLLECTIONS DEPARTMENT **Position Objective:** Provide administrative support to the Collections Department through documentation organization, control, and archiving, ensuring information completeness and timeliness to facilitate team operations. **Main Responsibilities:** * Integration of digital client files. * Filing and control of invoices and account statements. * Organization of payment supplements and administrative supporting documents. * Classification of documents by portfolio status. * Data entry into Excel reports. * Updating statuses in the system. * Supporting review of pending documents. * Preparing information for weekly and monthly closings. * Maintaining organized digital folders. * Internal follow-up on missing documentation. * Assisting with basic administrative reconciliations. **Education:** * Completed bachelor’s degree or recent graduate in Administration, Accounting, or related field. **Experience:** * Not mandatory (Social service, professional internships, or basic administrative experience are valued) Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $12,000.00 - $14,000.00 per month Benefits: * Savings fund * Cafeteria service * Grocery vouchers Work Location: On-site employment
