Opportunity for growth Totalplay is hiring telephone operators for our **Technical Support** vacancy; if you are passionate about technology and customer service, this is your opportunity to join our team. **Responsibilities:** * Answer incoming calls from customers experiencing technical issues with their television, internet, or telephony services. * Diagnose basic faults remotely by guiding the customer step-by-step (e.g., modem reset, cable inspections, router configurations, etc.). * Escalate cases requiring specialized follow-up. **Requirements:** * Completed high school diploma (verifiable). * Experience in technical support (call center experience not required). * Knowledge of commands: **DNS, IP, CMD, PING, TRACERT, and ROUTER**. * Basic knowledge of networks, computing equipment, and the internet. * Age: 18–45 years. **We Offer:** * Base salary: $9,450 gross monthly * Statutory benefits * Graduation bonus: $2,000 * Performance bonus: $2,000 – $4,000 * Paid training * Growth opportunity after 1 year.
