




**Modality**: In-person **Location**: CDMX (South of the city) **Department**: Sales / Commercial **Main Responsibilities** * Active prospecting of potential customers via phone calls, digital follow-up, and handling assigned leads. * End-to-end management of the sales process: contact, diagnosis, quotation, follow-up, negotiation, and closing. * Conducting a consistent daily volume of prospecting and follow-up calls with a focus on conversion. * Organizing, classifying, and prioritizing customers according to their stage in the sales process and probability of closing. * Timely registration of activities, interactions, and commercial progress in the CRM or internal management system. * Achieving weekly and monthly sales targets (revenue, closed deals, and conversion). * Preparing, sending, and following up on quotations until closure or rejection. * Post-sale follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction and identify additional opportunities. * Working under Marketing department guidelines, aligning commercial efforts with customer acquisition, follow-up, and conversion strategies. * Constant coordination with internal departments (design, procurement, administration, production, and installation) to ensure efficient service and correct execution of sold projects. * Providing commercial and operational support to other departments as required, maintaining a collaborative and team-oriented attitude. * Identifying opportunities for improvement in sales processes, follow-up, and customer service. * Preparing sales performance reports, pipeline progress updates, and sales results. **Requirements** * Minimum 1 year of sales experience (call center, telesales, consultative sales, services, or B2B). * Demonstrable experience in closing sales and commercial follow-up. * Ability to handle a high daily volume of calls and maintain constant customer follow-up. * Strong results orientation, goal achievement, and commercial discipline. * Solid communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills. * Customer portfolio and opportunity organization and control. * Genuine interest in learning commercial processes, products, and management systems. * Basic or intermediate CRM or similar system proficiency (desirable). * Proactive attitude, self-initiative, and ability to contribute effectively to the team. Expected Performance Metrics * Achievement of monthly sales targets (to be defined based on experience and assigned portfolio). * Consistent daily contact with potential and active customers. * Consistent monthly closures. * Daily CRM and sales pipeline updates. * Timely follow-up on quotations and active opportunities.
