We are currently seeking a **Remote Intake Specialist** to serve as the first point of contact for prospective clients. This role is essential to creating a strong first impression and ensuring a smooth, supportive intake experience. **Position Details** * Location: 100% Remote * Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Minnesota Time) * Compensation: Base Salary \+ Bonuses **Compensation:** $7 \- $9 hourly **Responsibilities:*** Answer inbound calls and respond to inquiries from potential family law clients * Conduct initial intakes with empathy, professionalism, and attention to detail * Accurately collect and document client information * Qualify leads and schedule consultations with attorneys * Follow up with prospective clients and no\-shows * Maintain clear, compassionate communication at all times * Collaborate with the legal team to ensure a smooth client onboarding process **Qualifications:*** Prior experience in legal intake, client services, call center work, or high\-empathy sales preferred * Strong verbal and written communication skills * Ability to handle sensitive family law matters with care and discretion * Excellent listening skills and strong attention to detail * Comfortable working remotely and managing tasks independently * Tech\-savvy and able to learn CRM and intake systems * Reliable internet connection and a quiet, professional workspace **About Company** RWI Law is a Minneapolis\-based firm specializing in Family Law, Employment Law, and Civil Litigation.
